[iOS] Background audio is cut off regardless if "Mute Other Audio Sources" is untoggled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-supplied project ("iOSAudioRepro.zip")
2. Launch audio on the iOS device (for example, run a video in a browser)
3. Build and deploy the "SampleScene" on an iOS device
4. Observe the audio in the device
Expected result: the background audio keeps playing when the app is running
Actual result: the background audio ceases to play when the app is opened
Reproducible with: 2018.4.25f1, 2019.4.3f1, 2020.1.0b16, 2020.2.0a18
Reproduces on:
VLNQA00160 iPhone 6S iOS 13.3.1
Notes:
1. Make sure "Mute Other Audio Sources" is untoggled in the iOS Player Settings
