[iOS] Autorotation animation is visible while rotating device when Use Animated Autorotation setting is disabled
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Open the attached "Animation.zip" project
2. Go to File > Build Settings and switch to the iOS Platform
3. Go to Edit > Project Settings > Player > Resolution and Presentation
4. Disable Use Animated Autorotation setting
5. Build and run to iOS device
6. Rotate device
*Actual results:* Rotation animations is visible when screen rotates
*Expected results:* No rotation animation is visible when screen is rotating
*Reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.2.12f1, 2023.3.0b9
