[iOS 14] Video freezes when resuming the app from suspension or unlocking the device
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the user's attached "VideoTest" project
2. Build and deploy the project to iOS
3. Lock and then unlock your device
Expected result: The video and audio resumes after unlocking your device
Actual result: After unlocking your device, the audio resumes but the video stays paused
Reproducible with: 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a4
Could not test with: 2018.4 (Project breaks when downgrading, black screen on deployed app)
Reproduces with: iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14.2.1)
Does not reproduce with: iPhone 6S (iOS 13.3.1)
