InvalidOperationException when using SortJobDefer
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-113877_Repro“ project
2. Make sure Burst compilation is enabled (Jobs > Burst > Enable Compilation)
3. Open the “Assets/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
4. Observe the Console
Expected result: No errors are present
Actual result: InvalidOperationExceptions are thrown
Reproducible with: 2.5.7, 2.6.0-pre.4 (6000.0.57f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.3f1, 6000.3.0b1)
Reproducible on: M1 Max MacOS 15.5 (Tested by CQA), Windows 11 (Reported by the user)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note:
- If the errors are not present, reimport the “Assets/ReproComponent.cs“ Script by selecting 'Reimport' from the Context Menu
