How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Pack"
2. In the Assets/Tests/Tests.asmdef file set the path to the attached "com.hungrypigeon.ghfh-0.1.0" file
3. Open Test Runner
4. Run the tests

Expected results: The pop-up is not cut-off
Actual results: The pop-up is cut off depending on theme

Reproducible with: 6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a3
Can't test with: 6000.0.65f1 (No such functionality)

Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Note: 
- The issue is reproduced only after trying to install the same package manually
- The cut-off is inconsistent between dark/light themes, sometimes the text is cut off horizontally, sometimes vertically
