Internal Package Manager window lines become duplicated or split into two when the window is docked
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a project
- Go to Window > Package Management > Package Manager
- Adjust a bit window views
- And dock it
Actual results: Instead of one line user gets two lines. Screenshots and recording is added below in the "Attachments" section.
Expected results: A user always should see only one line.
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.44f1, 6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a7
Not reproducible with versions: -
Can’t test with versions: 2022.3.59f1 window has an old UI.
Tested on (OS): Apple M1 Max - Sequoia 15.3.2

Resolution Note:
Following analysis, we determined that resolving this issue would require removing certain resizing functionalities. Since preserving resizing capabilities provides greater overall value, we have decided to prioritize retaining them over fixing this bug.
