Instantiated FBX through code throws error after leaving Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new empty 3D project
2. Download the user attached "Assets.zip" assets
3. Drag and drop the assets from "Assets.zip" into the empty project's Assets folder
4. Enter the "Scene" scene
5. Open the Console window
6. Enter Play Mode
7. Leave Play Mode
Expected Result: No errors after leaving Play Mode
Actual Result: Error - "Cannot destroy GameObject that is part of a prefab instance." is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.4.24f1, 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.3f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.0a7, 2021.1.25f1, 2021.2.0b14, 2022.1.0a9
Not Reproducible: 2019.4.23f1, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.0a6

Hi
I originally filled the ticket 1363573 reporting the issue. I tried again the reproduction case I send you with the latest Unity version 2021.2.7f1, and the issue is still there. Is the fix indeed part of that release?
