I also have this issue with the Visual Studio scripts installation.
I have a Windows 10 PC, attempting to install Unity 5.3.4f1. My VS is (the free download) version 0.10.11 which I installed just prior to the Unity download, that is, on April 5, 2016.
The Install script fails on the 'Configuring Visual Studio 2015 Templates' step. The Setup Error reads "Install operation did not finish successfully. Please reinstall or repair Visual Studio'.
