"Install failed: Validation Failed" error when installing a language Module through Hub
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the Hub
2. Select Installs
3. Select the Editor you want to add components to
4. Click the cog icon to the right of the version label, then select “Add Modules“ button
5. Select any language pack and click the “Install” button
6. Wait for the installation to progress
Expected result: The Installation is completed without any errors
Actual result: The installation fails with the "Install failed: Validation Failed" error
Reproducible with: 3.7.0
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: The issue could not be reproduced locally
