Inspector wrongly displays "This entity only exists at runtime" when selecting an entity
Steps to reproduce:
- Select an entity in the new hierarchy
- Notice the inspector is not showing the runtime representation of the Entity if the Editor inspector data mode property was initially saved with the authoring mode.

Actual results:
The inspector only shows "This entity only exists at runtime" when the subscene is opened or closed
Expected results:
We got rid of the UI to switch between authoring/mixed and runtime mode in the inspector, so we should always see the runtime mode to show ECS components when selecting an entity in the new Hierarchy
