Inspector Window Tag Search Bar is not populated with the copy-pasted text when using CTRL+V to paste a tag name
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. In the Assets folder, create a new Material
3. Copy its name “New Material”
4. Open the “New Material” in the Inspector Window
5. Click on the Tag Icon
6. Use CTRL+V to paste “New Material” in the Search Bar
7. Observe the Search Bar
Expected result: The Search Bar is populated with the “New Material” string
Actual result: The Search Bar is populated with “Architecture”
Reproducible in: 2023.1.0a20, 6000.0.36f1, 6000.1.0b4, 6000.2.0a1
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.48f1, 2022.3.57f1, 2023.1.0a19
