InputField.OnSubmit is triggered needlessly
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open InputFieldOnSubmitTest scene
3. Attach the ActivateInputFieldOnStart script to the input field
4. Press play
5. Notice from the console output how OnSubmit was triggered yet again, on the first frame, because the input field was selected/activated. Also, NullReferenceException is thrown when scripts are recompiled
