[InputField] Caret offset wrong when inside scaled canvas
Steps to reproduce
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene 'InputFieldCaretBug'
3. Enter play mode
4. Press on input field
5. Notice the caret below input field
Note: If scale factor is 1 then it works as expected.
