InputAction.PerformInteractiveRebinding sets InputControl.IsPressed to false when pressing a key
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Hold down any key on the keyboard
5. Observe the Console
Expected result: Two "True" Message logs exist
Actual result: Two "False" are present
Reproducible with: 1.8.2 (6000.0.11f1), 1.14.1 (2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.14f1, 6000.2.0b12, 6000.3.0a3)

Play Mode
Windows Standalone Player
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
