Input System does not compile when Unity Analytics module is not enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "InputSystemAnalyticsRepro.zip" project
2. Observe the Console
Expected result: No errors present in the Console
Actual result: Two “The type 'AnalyticsResult' is defined in an assembly that is not referenced“ errors are present
Reproducible with: 1.9.0, 1.10.0 (2022.3.40f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.7.0, 1.8.2, 1.9.0, 1.10.0 (2021.3.41f1, 6000.0.12f1), 1.7.0, 1.8.2 (2022.3.40f1)
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.41f1 - Built-in Analytics module doesn’t exist
Reproducible on: M1 Max MacOS 14.5, Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

It is happening again in 1.11.1 but it is fine in 1.11.0. Please don't break what was fixed.
