Input Fields share input on MacOS builds when using the Kana (Japanese) keyboard layout
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "InputField_Test.zip" project attached by the user
2. "Build and Run" the project
3. Have the "Japanese - Kana" keyboard layout selected
4. Input anything in one of the Input Fields
5. Input anything in a different Input Field
6. Press the "Disable" Button
7. Press the "Enable" Button
Expected result: Input Fields do not copy each other's inputs
Actual result: Input Fields copy the newest input
Reproducible with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.14f1, 2021.2.0b2, 2022.1.0a1
