Information box is pushed up when resizing the Visual Element located in the upper part of UI Document
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Create the UI Document and open it
3. Add a Button Visual Element to the Document
4. Resize the width of the Button so it is smaller than the information box
5. Observe the information box
Expected results: On changing the size, the information box isn't pushed up and there is no gap between it and the element
Actual results: On changing the size, the information box is pushed up a big and a gap can be observed between the box and the element
Reproducible with: 6000.0.39f1, 6000.1.0b7, 6000.2.0a3
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Notes:
- Can't reproduce if the element is not positioned in the upper part of the document
- Reproducible on any size change but best observed when making the element narrower than the information box
- Reselecting the element fixes the issue
- The box is pushed up on adding the element
