Infinite Animation clip glitches when Animation Track ends
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open the "[Timeline-Cinemachine-Test-Suite|https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/Timeline-Cinemachine-Test-Suite]" project
# Open the "TL - Blend Clips Scene" Scene
# Enter the Play mode
# Observe both "Troll" animations
*Expected:* Animations are smooth
*Actual:* Animation glitches one time when the "Troll" is walking
*Reproducible with:* 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.13f1, 2023.1.0b11, 2023.2.0a9
