[TextMeshPro Backport] IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array error when selecting text
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter "Play" mode
3. Observe the console window
Expected outcome: No errors appear
Actual outcome:
IndexOutOfRangeException: "Index was outside the bounds of the array" error appears
Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.6f1, 2023.1.0b3, 2023.2.0a1
