[UI Toolkit] PropertyField throws IndexOutOfRangeException when selecting Asset
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project
2. Select "New Player Build Settings.asset" in the Assets folder
Expected result: Asset Inspector is shown
Actual result: IndexOutOfRange Exception is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1 (using UnityEngine.UIElements), Built-in (2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.21f1, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a9)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.15, 1.0.0-preview.16, 1.0.0-preview.17 (2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.21f1)
Notes:
- For 2021.1 stream and lower ArgumentException is thrown instead.
- If the project doesn't load delete the Library folder
- UI Elements built-in package was enough to reproduce the issue, that's why it was possible to test in the 2019.4 stream
