Incosistencies between 2d and 3d in layout
To reproduce:
1. Create a new 3d project
2. Create a new layout
3. Switch the Default Behavior Mode in the editor settings to 2d
4. Reopen your layout - it's view is in 2d
5. Making sure that the scene view is still in 2d, save the layout
6. Switch the Default Behavior Mode to 3d
7. Reopen your layout - the view is still in 2d, basically the layout will default to 2d view
This can cause all sorts of fun, I've experienced a few issues where I'd get semi 3d mode - the scene view would look like it's 3d, but it would work like in 2d mode(though I'm not sure how to convert a layout to 2/3d mode).
