Incorrect offset is set when setting the Pivot for Vertical/Horizontal Billboard Render Modes
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1291175_particles.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "Vertical" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Observe the "Vertical" GameObject's Pivot in the Scene view
Expected result: The Vertical Billboard offset is set correctly
Actual result: The Vertical Billboard offset is set incorrectly
Reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b12, 2021.1.0a6
Notes:
- The issue is also reproducible with Horizontal Billboard Render Mode
- The issue is not reproducible with Billboard, Mesh, and Stretched BillBoard Render Modes
