Incorrect graphics API is display in title bar after platform switch
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Switch platform to android
3. In title bar, notice that graphics API is DX11
4. Switch platform to standalone
5. Notice that graphics API is reported to be "DX11 on DX9 GPU"
Note: entering play mode updates title to the correct graphics API
Reproduced with: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.4p6, 5.4.018
