Incorrect background type label on Camera
To reproduce:
1. Open any URP project;
2. Open Camera in the Inspector;
3. Open the dropdown under Environment > Background Type.
Expected result: the label for undefined camera values camera type should be "Uninitialized"
Actual result: the label is "Dont Care" even thought the tooltip suggests "Uninitialized"
Reproduced in URP 12.0
