Inconsistent Warning message related to Raytracing when HDRP Asset on a not supporting Raytracing device
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Unity project
2. Go to Assets -> Settings -> HDRPDefaultResources -> HDRenderPipelineAsset
3. Under "Rendering", navigate to the "Realtime Raytracing" checkbox and observe the warning box under it
4. Check the "Realtime Raytracing" and observe the warning box
Expected results: The warning box contains the same message
Actual results: The warning is different depending on if the checkbox is checked or not
Reproducible with: 6000.0.45f1, 6000.1.0b13, 6000.2.0a8
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
