Inconsistent Layout in Project Settings Panels
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new project
- Open the Project Settings window
- Navigate to categories such as UI Toolkit or Version Control
- Observe the UI content layout and alignment in these panels

Expected results: Consistent alignment, consistent padding, properly grouped settings
