In WebL build UI panel not showing as in Game View
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "UIShower" scene
3. Look at the "DragAndDrop" panel and play it
4. Build and Run it on WebGL
5. Scroll the icons to select the last one ("DragAndDrop" panel)
6. Observe changes
Expected behavior: In WebGL build UI panel looks the as in the Game View
Actual behavior: In WebL build UI panel not showing as in Game View
Notes: Set full screen from the browser and see that the panel is now showed as expected
Reproducible: 5.3.7p2, 5.4.3f1, 5.5.0b11, 5.5.0f3, 5.6.0a5

Happens with my project too, UI is not showing after switching to WEBGL editor dont show the GUI too
