In Editor Sign-in - Sign-in message overlaps on top of Services window under certain conditions
1. Create any project (in Production or Staging Env.)
2. Make sure you're signed in
3. Navigate to the Services Window
4. Select Collab from the list
5. Go to Account, select Sign-out
Actual Result: The message "You are not logged in - Sign In" overlaps the service window and appears on top of displayed menu
Expected result: The message "You are not logged in - Sign In" does not overlap with any other text and becomes the focus.
