[IMGUI] Unit Tests window freezes when having a lot of (more than 2000) unit tests
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "Testing2000Tests"
2. If "Unit Tests" window is not open, from the menu bar select Unity Test Tools -> Unit Test Runner
3. Try scrolling through the Unit Tests
4. Notice, that it's extremely laggy.
