Reference Icon overlapped with Preset Manager text on decreasing the width of the Project Settings window
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Open and select Edit > Project Settings > Preset Manager
3. Decrease the width by dragging from the right side of the Project Settings window
Expected Result:
Reference icon should not overlap the Preset Manager text
Actual Result:
Reference icon is overlapping the Preset Manager text
Reproducible on: 2019.4.11f1, 2020.1.8f1, 2020.2.0b6
Working Fine on: 2018.4.23f1
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.15
