[IMGUI] Open Editor button is not getting refreshed after closing Tier Settings Editor Window until mouse hovers on it
Open Editor button is not getting refreshed after closing Tier Settings Editor Window.
User need to hover the mouse to Project Settings window to get the updated button
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Click on Edit > Project Settings > Graphics > Tier Settings > Open Editor
3. Close the Tier Settings Editor window
Expected Result:
Close Editor button updates with Open Editor.. text
Actual Result:
Button is not getting updated until mouse hovers to the Project Settings window
Reproducible in: 2020.1.0a8, 2019.3.0b7, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.1.14f1
