Icons of the View Tool and Move Tool are distorted
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Observe View and Move Tool
Expected Result: Icons should not be distorted
Actual Result: Icons are distorted
Reproducible in: 2021.1.0a2
Working fine on: 20201.1.0a1, 2020.2.0b8, 2020.1.10f1
Environment: Windows, Mac and Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
