[ImageEffects] FXAA/SMAA causes build fail with "marked with HideFlags.DontSave but is included in the build
FXAA and SMAA cause build fails with "marked with HideFlags.DontSave but is included in the build".
Repro:
1) Open project and build
2) Observe console errors
