[Image][Material] ScrollView can't mask content with material
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene1
3. Scroll until image goes outside scroll view
4. Notice that image doesn't get masked
Resolved (Won't Fix): The user needs to use a shader that supports the stencil buffer.
