Image ignores the UV rect parameter when a sprite is used
Repro steps:
- Open the attached project
- Open the window in Sprite Bug/Open Bug Window
- Observe the displayed sprites
Expected Result: Shows the top-right of the sprite, and the full sprite flipped around the origin
Actual Result: Shows the full sprite twice without flip
