Image Compression removes some Red Pixels when using Normal or below Quality
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Check Assets\Ice_PlacementMap
3. Change Compression to None
Expected result: The Image looks the same
Actual result: Some red pixels that were removed by compression are brought back
Reproducible with: 2019.4.24f1, 2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.4f1, 2021.2.0a14
