Image asset is modified while importing on OnPreprocessTexture
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. In the Project window, delete button_A asset
3. Right-click on the Images/button_RGB asset and select reimport
4. Select Images/button_A (observe that Apply and Revert buttons are enabled)
5. Select Images/button_RGB
Expected result: "Unapplied import settings" dialog does not appear
Actual result: "Unapplied import settings" dialog appears
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a6, 2019.4.22f1, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.0b12, 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.2.0a5, 2020.3.1f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a4, 2021.2.0a10
