IL2CPP strips parameter attributes
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Build to anything that supports IL2CPP (Tested Android and iOS)
3. Inspect debug.log output
Expected behaviour: Prints out '1' for parameter attribute length
Actual behaviour: Prints out '0'. The parameter is stripped
Reproduced on: 2017.1.3p1, 2017.3.1p2, 2018.2.0a2
Reproduced on .NET 3.5 and 4.x
Fixed in: 2017.2.2p2, 2017.4.1f1, 2018.1.0p1, 2018.2.0a6
