[IL2CPP] Project doesn't build for "WebGL" with "Failed running <...>\il2cpp.exe" error
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project.
2. Build "ts" scene for "WebGL".
3. Build process stops with(Full errors are in the "il2cpp.txt" attached file):

* IL2CPP error (no further information about what managed code was being converted is available)<...>
* Failed running <...>/il2cpp.exe<...>
* Exception: <...>/il2cpp.exe did not run properly!<...>
