IL2CPP (iOS) build fails when removing scripts between builds without restarting editor
-Build attached project for iOS with IL2CPP
-Delete everything in Assets folder
-DON'T close the Editor
-Build once again to a different folder
-Build xCode project. See errors.

With the latest versions of Unity 4.6.6 and 5.0.1 (free) I always get error when trying to compile the build for the App Store.
APPLE LLVM 6.1 ERROR
clang: error: unable to execute command: Segmentation fault: 11
clang: error: clang frontend command failed due to signal (use -v to see invocation)
Apple LLVM version 6.1.0 (clang-602.0.53) (based on LLVM 3.6.0svn)
Anyone getting this too? Tried everything and nothing, cannot get our apps on the app store...
