How to reproduce:
1. Open user's project
2. Create an empty gameObject and add "test" script from projects view
3. Build that scene
Expected result: the scene gets build
Actual result: Build fails and editor prints our errors
Reproducible with: 2017.4.17f1, 2018.3.0f2, 2019.0a12
