[IL2CPP] Build fails when using protobuf-net.Grpc
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached Project "GrpcIL2CPPIssueTest"
2. Build the Project
Expected result: The Build succeeds
Actual result: The Build fails
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.8f1, 2023.2.0b4
Reproduced on: MacOS (Intel, 12.6.6), Windows 11 (user-supplied information)
Notes:
- Does not reproduce with Mono set as the Scripting backend
