[IL2CPP] Build fails when there are over 200 Assembly Definitions in the project
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached 'TooLongAssetBundleDefinition" project
2. Open the Project Settings window and expand the Other Settings section (Edit->Project Settings...->Player->Other Settings)
3. Set the Scripting Backend to "IL2CPP" (Found under the Configuration section)
4. Build the project (File->Build And Run)
Expected result: Project builds successfully without any errors
Actual result: Build fails and errors are thrown
Reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.8f1, 2020.1.2f1, 2020.2.0a20
