[IL2CPP] Build fails to compile when Development Build option is enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. Press File > Build Settings
3. Make sure that the Development Build option is enabled
4. Click the “Build“ button
Expected result: Build compiles successfully
Actual result: Build fails to compile
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a8, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0b10, 2023.1.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.2.0a7
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: Build compiles successfully with 2021.2.0a12 and above when the Development Build option is disabled

This is a bug in the Microsoft C++ compiler. We have submitted a bug report to them: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/t/Internal-compiler-error-in-release-build/10175865
