[IL2CPP] Build development player fails when processing unsafe script
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Make sure that Allow unsafe code option is enabled
3. Build a development build
Actual results: Player's building process fails.
Reproduced with: 2020.1.0a7, 2019.3.0b5, 2019.2.8f1, 2018.4.10f1
Note:
- Not reproducible when building IL2CPP non-development build
- Not reproducible with mono backend (development and non-development)
