IL2CPP build crashes when accessing Process.CurrentProcess properties
How to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project "il2cppCrashTest.zip"
2. Build and run the project
3. Click on 'Process.StartTime' button
Expected result: Build does not crash
Actual result: Build crashes
Reproducible with - 2018.4.25f1, 2019.4.5f1, 2020.1.0f1, 2020.2.0a18

Latest issues
- Redoing creation of Sub Scenes and Cube GameObjects in Hierarchy throws “Assertion failed on expression: 'targetScene != nullptr’” error in Console window

Resolution Note:
L2CPP does not support any of the .NET Process API, please use the Mono scripting backend to use the Process API.
