    I'm using Unity 2017.1.1f1, with the most up-to-date Unity IAP version, on Android 6.0.1.

    I'm having the exact same problem. When attempting to restore a non-consumable purchase after an uninstall then re-install of the app, it says the transaction has already been processed.

    If I manually delete the remaining files in the Android system related to my app after I uninstall, then the re-install restores purchases as expected. Restarting the device between uninstall/re-install doesn't fix it either.
