Huge regression on compilation time
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Wait for compilation process to end to easier time it
(If in 2017.3 to test the expected result only) ) Import the attached plugin in Assets/Plugins folder
3) Create new C# Script
Compare the compilation time
2017.3.0p3, 2018.1.0a1, 2018.1.0a3 - about 5-6 seconds
2018.1.0a4, 2018.1.0a5, 2018.1.0b3 - about 18-22 seconds
