Huge latency when selecting object in scene view
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and import attached project. "LatencyWithHugeScene.zip"
2. Open scene: main.
3. Make sure you see majority of cubes.
4. Try selecting them in Scene view.
On 5.1.4f1 you can select everything with no latency.
On 5.2.0f3 huge latency, 5.3.1p1 also.
