[Hub] Project creation fails when selecting a directory same as where Unity Hub is located
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Click on "New" and open Location selection dialog
3. Go to Folder where Unity Hub is located and create a Project there
Expected result: Unity Project is created successfully
Actual result: Unity Project creation fails and error "Creating Project folder failed!" is thrown
Reproduces on: 2.0.2
Notes:
- Tested with both administrator rights enabled and disabled
- Unity Hub does not necessarily have to be within "Program Files" directory to be reproduced

This issue was fixed for me by updated my hub to the new version.

I just dealt with this. You should be getting a notification in your task bar from Windows Security saying a program is trying to access a folder that it's not allowed to ("Unauthorized Changes Blocked"). Click on the notification and it will take you to your protection history. Click on the most recent notification, then "Actions" and change it to "Allow on device."

Worked like a charm!
Created a new folder on my desktop, and drag and dropped unity hub into that folder.
Then set the project location as that folder, and it worked!
Thanks for the help!
